Midwest Conference

On behalf of the Midwest Conference council, I have been asked to relay our concerns about this issue.

Our council does not feel that it is in the church's best interest to offer tenure to Professor Sanders, nor is it appropriate for him to continue teaching at Huntington College. In short, we do not feel that his views/teachings on God's Openness are consistent with our doctrine and, more specifically, with the Word of God.
