FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

We've tried to address a wide range of questions which UB people have been asking, or which they may eventually ask. The questions are organized into these categories:

• Beliefs
• Ministers
• Local Church
• The Denomination
• The Process

Some of these answers are highly fallible and unofficial, which raises the question, "Why even bother?" Well, because people are asking, and in the absense of any answer, they may jump to wrong conclusions. So, it's better to provide some "best guess" answers than none at all. Fortunately, most of what you'll find goes well beyond being a mere best guess.

When something is updated or added, a date will be posted with it so that you'll know it contains new information. Just because you read it here doesn't make it Gospel. Please keep that in mind.

For you Missionary Church people who may be viewing this: if (or when) you spot errors or things that need clarification or amplification, please feel free to say so. We do not want errant information to go unchallenged.

The prospect of joining another denomination is a huge, huge issue. We want to communicate as well as we can what's going on.
