Nearly 400 people turned in evaluation forms (nearly half of the attendees!). There were all kinds of suggestions and criticisms. But running throughout them was a very positive spirit. Here are some of the comments people made about the conference.

I really appreciated the family emphasis and the reliance on the Lord (good worship music, cross on Sunday morning--reminders that it’s all about God!).

The childcare was very important to me. I felt very comfortable leaving my children with the staff. The women’s ministry activities were a nice touch. The facilities were excellent and our room accommodated our family of six superbly. Thank you for putting on a quality event. No corners were cut.

Everything was very professionally done. It was much more than I expected. It was very good to be able to have the kids looked after so we could worship freely, which is something we can’t always do as we are very involved at our home church.

The quality was way beyond expectation and makes me feel excited about our future.

Enjoyed the presence of the Holy Spirit--appreciated the enthusiasm and Christian fellowship. Speakers were top-notch, hit the nail (no pun intended) on the head. The location was ideal for the first UB conference.
