2006 Annual Reports

At the end of each year, pastors are required to complete forms which tell about the church's ministry during the past year and their own ministry. The forms for 2006 were mailed in mid-December 2006.

Those forms, along with a Women's Ministry and Youth Ministry surveys, are also available as Microsoft Word forms. Ministers can download them here, fill them out, and return them to the Bishop's Office as email attachments (send to: ). Or, you can fill them out on your computer, print them, and return them by regular mail. In either case, you avoid having to complete the forms long-hand.

The deadline: return the forms to the bishop by March 1, 2007.

To ensure that the reports download property, it was necessary to place them together in either a Zip or Stuffit archive (which most computers can uncompress).
