Monthly Local Church Report Form

All United Brethren churches are required to send 3.5% of each month's income to support the cooperative ministries of the US National Conference. This amount is calculated after subtracting gifts designated for mission work (UB or non-UB), giving toward new construction, and estate income.

Treasurer Information Form
