2009 Annual Reports
At the end of each year, pastors are required to complete forms which tell about the church's ministry during the past year and their own ministry. The forms for 2009 were mailed in mid-December 2009.
You can download them all at once in a Zipit file. This ensures that they download properly.

Or, you can download the individual files. The come in two formats:
- The PDF forms must be filled out by hand. You then mail or FAX them to the Bishop's office.
- The Word documents are fillable forms which you can fill out on your compute and then email to the Bishop's office. Send to:
